Sweet and Salty Cashew Chex Mix

My recipe for delicious Sweet and Salty Chex Mix, with tasty cashews. 


2 C each three kinds of Chex (Corn, Rice, Wheat)
2 C Butter Pretzels
1 C Cashews
3/4 C Butter or Margarine
3/4 C Brown Sugar


Preheat oven to 350°F.  Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan.  Add Chex, pretzels and Cashews.  Melt butter with brown sugar in the microwave, and mix well.  Pour over mix and stir.  Bake for 8 minutes.  Stir and bake 8 minutes more.  Cool on paper bags.


*If you choose to double this recipe, be sure to bake it longer or your Chex Mix will be soggy.
